I can crack my fingers (i just twist them side by side), my knuckles, my wrist (up & down), a joint in the middle of my head, my neck both ways, my elbows, my toes, my big toe (side by side)my knees, and i can pop my pelvis/hip bone.
Ah yes, this used to happen to me when i would run a lot. I would lean forward and they would pop or adjust themselves. It felt good but i dont get them as much mostly because im unable to exercise due to health issues.
Actually i have been able to crack something in the middle of my hand. I cant crack it a lot but there are rare times where i can crack it 3 times a day. Although i dont recommend doing it that many times a day since my hand has gotten a lot of pain from it. It feels good though!
That’s nice. But I believe that yoga is not just only for old people. I am 25 and I regularly attend yoga classes. So one doesn’t think about the age when you want to start yoga. Just grab a t-shirt, alo leggings and a yoga mat and join the nearest yoga class. There's nothing to worry about.
I can pop my right thumb over and again, but sometimes after doing it like a dozen or so times in a short period of time, it will stop and I have to give it like a 5 minute rest. But it's pretty rare that I pop it that excessively nowadays. And I try to avoid popping it around other people too often since the noise can get annoying. My toes and ankles pop pretty often too, but that's more recent (probably from dance).
Im a teenager and I've been able to crack my jaw for as long as I can remember. Whenever I asked someone else if they can do it, they have just looked at me wondering what the heck I am saying. That's why I came here. Seems like you guys have not had problems, but I have developed a lump in my throat. Any ideas if they are related? I would appreciate your feedback.
@closet-cracker i found it by google too! my mom told me stories about how my father always blamed sam bodmer for all his troubles so i googled his name and i thought i had found his twitter account but he blocked me lol and then this site popped up (no pun intended)! and i'm pretty sure dj100 is the man i'm looking for!
