@rice-milk I can crack both of my palms for some reason all I do is move my hand a certain way as if I were to be cracking my wrist, kinda like I’m squeezing something in my hand I don’t know how or why but? It works for me if I were to put my finger on the palm of my other hand I can actually feel the bones/joints move .
The active alkaloids inside play an active role in treating various conditions .. not just pain. Many claim that worsen the addiction recovery process but in reality, those people are not taking it with responsibility. I can crack my elbows, at least I think its my elbows. Its around the area. The way I do it is similar, but not exactly the same. When I push on my palm with one hand, I just bend my arm from the elbow joint. Another way I can crack my elbow is just simply putting in some strength to push my arm forward and twisting my arm. When I do it, it gives me a feeling of relief and it doesnt hurt at all. And I can do it just about anytime I want and any amount of times I want. And I usually only do this when my elbow feels stiff. I can only do this with my left arm tho. The pop sound is loud.
I can crack my fingers (i just twist them side by side), my knuckles, my wrist (up & down), a joint in the middle of my head, my neck both ways, my elbows, my toes, my big toe (side by side)my knees, and i can pop my pelvis/hip bone.
Ah yes, this used to happen to me when i would run a lot. I would lean forward and they would pop or adjust themselves. It felt good but i dont get them as much mostly because im unable to exercise due to health issues.
I can pop my right thumb over and again, but sometimes after doing it like a dozen or so times in a short period of time, it will stop and I have to give it like a 5 minute rest. But it's pretty rare that I pop it that excessively nowadays. And I try to avoid popping it around other people too often since the noise can get annoying. My toes and ankles pop pretty often too, but that's more recent (probably from dance).
Im a teenager and I've been able to crack my jaw for as long as I can remember. Whenever I asked someone else if they can do it, they have just looked at me wondering what the heck I am saying. That's why I came here. Seems like you guys have not had problems, but I have developed a lump in my throat. Any ideas if they are related? I would appreciate your feedback.
