Can anyone crack their nose? For real I mean. The crack isn't caused through the joint, the cartilage moves and causes an intese cracking sensation. I usually roll a f****l tissue into a point, bung it into my nostril and move it towards the other until a crack occurs. Then do the same for the other nostril.

Well on here MC said i was scared of cracking the sternum i think it was.

But in real life, i do dangerous things. Like when i went on holiday, i along with others, jumped off cliffs into the sea :lol:

it was on the news that some people died from doing that!! :?

It was in some place…..big surfing place and seaside etc and everyone was doing it so i did it too as where we were jumping into was not very deep or far into the sea. Kind of an enclosed space.

However one muppet jumped and his knee was so far out that he nearly smashed his leg on this rock and could have shattered it.

Well as i have mentioned - like spasms sometimes, and ripples.

Sudden pain when trying to get a hard joint and also, after i have cracked the neck, i often find when turning my neck to a certain place at the side that it kind of feels like it moves in an out like a twinge or something.

I read in the newspaper today about Angelina Jolie's veins sticking out of her arms a lot like a body builders. They were saying how strange it was for a 6 month old woman to have thin arms. They said it was due to her excessive work outs and dieting.

Furthermore, a scientist said that veins that stick out is, if you have very little fat underneath.

So i thought about my hands and how i am thin and i keep getting told to eat and now think that it is bad and dangerous.

No it wasn't.

That is why it feels good.
