yoru actually incorrect alot of peoples backs get misaligned.. and vertabrea GETS MOVED AROUND AND EVEN POPS OUT ( PROTRUDES) .. and does need to be reset..

Always crack my knuckles and wrists.. i mean literally 50 times a day a piece.. so thats a given.. I crack my sacrum<sp> everytime I can (4 or 5 times a day at least ) I lay down flat and crack my back on the floor at least 6 times a day.. and my girl squeeze cracks me a few times a day.. I crack my ankle about 5-7 times a day at least.. neck as often as possible.. and toes toes toes.. my groin joint.. let my legs use their natural weight to pop it
RE: The sacrum.
That is my one of my favorite and most cracked spots.. I crack my Sacrum/sacruiliac<sp> 3 times a day or more.. a few ways.. easiest is .. I simply stand up.. and using my hands I push on it.. while pushing my stomach out and jutting my crotch forward LOUD AND SATISFYING! .. also when in the tub..I gently slide down.. and it usually does it nicely

I am new here.. hey everyone.. in addition to all the cracks listed above (most of them anyway ) My favorite is this.. I lay on my back and position my legs almost indian style.. bottoms of my feet together.. like butterfly…. after a few seconds to a minute the weight of my leg cracks the joint near my groin.. it just sort of over powers it and it falls a tiny bit while cracking LOUD.. when cracking my knuckles.. i get between 24 and 36 cracks.. 36 ( being the record) between my ten fingers.. when I lay down flat on my back i crack all the way up my spine just from laying down..
