RE: I'm heading in the right direction to my joint pains . .
So every week my neck will get messed up and pinch nerves causing all sorts of unwanted pain. You know when you look like a board because you can't turn your head.
So I lay on my back in a doorway then my brother will put is feet on the door frame and gently pull on my neck. I will usually get 2-3 deep cracks at the base of my skull/top of spine. You have to be boneless and relaxed, but when it's done i feel an inch taller and I can turn my neck freely. I do this once per week.
I think the earth's gravity causes your spine to compress, so pulling on your neck would be similar to hanging upside down on an inversion table minus the upset stomach. Anybody else have a way to pop this spot?
RE: How do i crack my shoulder?
The only shoulder one I know goes like this. Put your hands on your hips, then have someone put their left hand on your shoulder and their right hand on your elbow. The person will push the elbow forward while lightly pulling on your shoulder. Once the start to push your elbow forward, try not to let them and press your elbow against their hand. When you do this you will get a pop from the shoulder aproximatly where their left hand is holding your shoulder. Hopefully that makes sense. Good luck.
A different way to crack your upper back/Neck
Hello, this is my first post. I have always been a popper and I pop every joint all the time. Anyway a method I have not seen anyone use on here I will try to explain. It requires 2 people.
The person who wants their neck popped stands and places their hands on the top of their head fingers interlocked. Then they tilt their head and arms down so that their elbows are pointed down.
The second person then puts their arms around the first person from behind, right above the first persons elbows and locks their fingers together. Then the second person pulls the first persons elbows down and into their chest which in turn pulls the head downward and extends the upper spine and gets amazing feeling pops.
I know it is hard to explain but I hope this works for other people also.
