I do this sooooo bad in my sleep that i wear our top sheets in a weeks time! i do it during the day too but its worse as i sleep…anyone else have this prob? my doc gave me a sedative and that does not even work and i dont like to take it cuz i wont wake up if the baby does...lol let me know what ya think...please!

wow i cant believe they actually ahve a site for this! i have been cracking my ankles for as long as i can remember and it drives me crazy sometimes. i feel like i have to do it and i even do it in my sleep. i am looking for a solution to my problem and i am glad to know i am not the only one out there that does it!
