for some reason my toes. only when they crack loud. lower back is definitely releiving.
for me both of the end toes prove a challenge.
For lower back i hold on to something and do a backbend as far as i can without touching my hands to the ground.
my cousin cracked my toes the other day and it hurt because me and her don't do it the same. has this happened to you?
