I crack my big toes by bending them sideways/outwards away from my foot. Its the best feeling ever lol

You spend too much time online and its going to give you forward head posture which is hard to correct! I know because I am a illustrator and it has happened to me. It sucks but you are young and can reverse it before you look like a freaky old man!!! Do upper back workouts ,lay in the floor and sleep without pillows. I hope this helps. Also I agree with the other sif you can see a chiropractor thatw ould help maybe he can pop it out.
Hello all- lower neck upper back forward head posture popper
I am so concerned about my posture lately, since my first child I have had this sort of hump on my lower neck and upper back area that REALLY bugs me. So I been online doing research of what it is and maybe how to reduce it. I haven;t any real conclusions yet other than I have found ways to pop it through the day. If I wasn;t pregnant id have my hub get on my back and try to pop that sucker back into place! Its makin me crazy. Also lately my fingers and toes have been aching so I try to pop them regularly when they are stiff… not to mention my neck is insane.. i can barely move it side to side and it goe soff like a set of fireworks.
