      @DancingJester:

      I don't do my neck (or anything above it) or my shoulder type joints, nor hips, etc. thank g*d. I don't need anymore! 😛

      What the h**l IS there to crack above your neck?!

      I used to do my neck, and my back all the time but my back began to hurt so I stopped that.

    • RE: My daughter is following in my footsteps

      I doubt it's doing any harm to her, but if you really want her to stop you should stop yourself. She'll only copy what her father does. Or atleast try and hold out on your cracking until she's nowhere in sight.

    • RE: Da Most Relieving Crack |3~

      Has to be my "5 in 1" leg crack.

      I start by attempting to bend my knee the opposite way(I know it's not possible) so that my knee cracks, then I point my foot downwards so that the ankle cracks, back up and the whole of my shin crakcs, then I spin the ankle around and it cracks 1 - 3 times.

    • RE: Unfair :(

      Joint cracking is an amazing thing, it feels so good!

      I'm glad that I can crack nearly every joint in my body.

      I'd love to be "professionally" cracked by a chiropractor or such

    • RE: Hardest toe to crack?

      Don't think i've ever cracked my little toe whilst knowing about it. The big toe is the second hardest to do, but feels so good because it's a big joint!
