So every week my neck will get messed up and pinch nerves causing all sorts of unwanted pain. You know when you look like a board because you can't turn your head.
So I lay on my back in a doorway then my brother will put is feet on the door frame and gently pull on my neck. I will usually get 2-3 deep cracks at the base of my skull/top of spine. You have to be boneless and relaxed, but when it's done i feel an inch taller and I can turn my neck freely. I do this once per week.
I think the earth's gravity causes your spine to compress, so pulling on your neck would be similar to hanging upside down on an inversion table minus the upset stomach. Anybody else have a way to pop this spot?
