Pubic Bone Cracking (for SPD especially)

  • I developed Symphasis Pubic Dysfunction during my pregnancy. I went to many chiropractors to help with the extreme pain.

    I finally figured out to pop these bones myself~

    Lay flat on your back, with your knees bent. Squeeze your knees together until you feel pressure then one or two small pops.

    This is a small pop or pops (one on each side), but if you have pelvic pane, this is immensely relieving!
