Conscious vs. habit
1. At what point would you say that your knuckle cracking turned from a conscious activity to a habit that you do without even thinking? I'm just getting started with knuckles and I want to be sure I'll stay in control.
2. Also, I want it to be something I can do when I'm in the mood and not that my fingers become tight so I HAVE TO crack.
3. When you first got started, did your knuckles hurt a bit? After how long does it become easier and pain-free?
