        hi!

what joints crack on you? and do you find they only crack when you tell them to, or do they click "automatically"?
(like some of mine like kneecaps lol)

I can literally crack every 'bone' in my body, my toes (including the big toe), ankles, knees, spine/back, shoulders, neck, elbow, wrist, fingers. It gives me pain-relief for a few minutes, and then I have to wait (re-load!) until I can crack again… although my fingers (hands) and toes (feet) can crack all of the time.

Should I go to a chiropractor or osteopath? Or continue cracking myself?

Hmm not sure Bertie, i'm wondering myself about that.

Anyway, you know you say you have to "re-load" joints… well when you do your neck is that the same or can you get in a few cracks before you have to re-load?

im quite similar. i can crack every joint in every finger of my hand, my wrists, my elbows, and my shoulders.
i can crack my ankles, and they also crack themselves. i can crack my knees although i dont really, then tend to crack themselves too.

i can crack my toes, pop my hip and shoulders (can only crack shoulders not hips) but i think this is probably best that i dont crack my back or neck, although, i can!

but i know EXACTLY how this is. i used to have to wait a white to "reload" but then i just was able to do it like every 5 seconds so now i can do constantly with most bones in my hands, but mostly in my ankles

Well I have this problem with many of my joints..mostly caused from osteoarthritis and hypermobility. been through the mill on this and have gone through the thorough tests etc to find solutions to what is going on. Nice to see a site that people can go to. Up til now I have been going through the doctors and therapists.
