Ok well maybe you have a partner who could give you a massage on the most affected areas.

If not, maybe try some kind of physiotherapist (NOT CHIROPRACTOR!)?

No partner unfortunately. Just my lonesome.

Ive never been to a physiotherapist, what do they do? Ive tried just about everyone else.

Hmmmm interesting - did you go to a chiropractor before or after?

They get rid of aches/strains etc.

Ok well maybe get a massage then see what happens?

i know chiropractors "manipulate" joints by cracking them, but i can do that myself 🙂

Yeah the chiropractor made it feel good for a little bit but just made it sore. Didnt stop my sleeping habits.

Are there known doctors on this site, and I cannot believe Im the only one in the world that has this.

              I NEED SLEEP! haha.

Chiropractors are hustlers! Jeez if one came on here there would be arguments.

What stressful things are there in your everyday routine.

Stress lately. Just the normal work stress. Relationship problems, I mean nothing out the norm.

Like Ive said its been going on forever, and not really one thing or another triggers it, other wise id cut that out.

Like even now I have to move my wrists and they crack like an acordian, and I hate it, but its like I have to do it.

Maybe hypnosis. haha, im really reaching now.

I thought you were single - or family i guess.

Hypnosis worked on some person to stop their fear of flights - someone famous but i can't remember who.

I dont think i could get hypnotised, i think it wouldnt work.

Is there a name for what im going through?

Its a little of both, half of it i spend at my desk half of it I walk around a factory floor. I work in a health and safety department.

Thus again why this is odd, I know ergonomics and follow all that stuff to a tee. So its not posture or anything related there.

The fact that I havent slept in 4 days now isnt the biggest thing. Its been my whole life.

                          NO one else does this?

I usually don't get much sleep and don't remember the last time i haven't been tired in the day or rested my head on my arms at school in a boring lesson.

                            But no otherwise.

There have got to be other people surely, they probably just don't know about this site.

On a separate point Jayhawker, as you work in health and safety, i was hoping if i could use your expertise 🙂

Me and Blaze have had a bit of a debate before about whether posture has an effect on jointcracking, could you clear this up for us? 😎

Wasn't really a debate + how does working there going to clear up the matter?

Well I got some sleep. It wasnt the best sleep but it was good sleep. Extra hydration seemed to work for me. Still crack at night which I gotta get away from.

Posture on the other hand does have alot to do with cracking I would say. If you could direct me to your posts I can see what you all debated about. Id say when your body is at a resting state and your spine is aligned you should feel more relaxed its when theres slight out of alignment is when cracking would be at its worst. I do alot with ergonomics so this would play a part. Id say more movement instead of sitting at a computer would lead to less cracking. But thats my two pennies, take it for what its worth. Not a cracking expert.

Anyone else have two pennies about my odd cracking at night?
