Double pop on one joint

Has anyone experienced hearing 2 cracks from the same joint.

I always feel this in my thumbs knees and ankles

Hmm I don't think I have.

Do you mean from exactly the same place or slightly different places?
If slightly different, then yes I do occasionally get that in my neck
