This is just from lack of sleep and exhaustion - but after having cracked my neck today in the morning at school - all day and even now i have had severe headaches (like being punched in the head) which have caused me a great deal of pain.
If this is from my cracking - then i will definitely try to stop, but i was just wondering if any of you have had this before.

Hmm how long does/ did the pain last for? (if you've stopped fully now)
i sometimes have it for a few hours, but then it usually goes. -
