Need help!

Guys,
I have been cracking my neck (and knuckles and occassionally upper back) for many years now. Of late, when I crack my neck by giving it a j**k towards the right, I can notice some involuntary movement in my left hand.
Is it something to worry about. There isn't any pain anywhere! Please let me know.

cant say i've experienced it, although my neck and toes involuntarily crack, that probably doesn't help you though..
