Before bed back cracks
Everytime Im lying on my side in bed I can breathe in really deeply, seperating my shoulders and pushing the top of my spine towards my chest and get cracks in between my shoulders. Its the most relaxing thing after a long day and I dont have to push or twist on it to get it to crack. Can anyone else do this or I have a reached an all time new level of cracking alone?
