Unfair :(

  • It's completely unfair that there are some people who don't crack…for them!

lol i wish i just never got punched though… are you aware of my story sieveboy?

  • No, being new here, I haven't perused all the threads…...do tell!

basically when i was 14 i got bullied and a guy punchde me in the back of the neck.
ever since then i've had problems with my neck 😢

  • Sorry to hear about that. Is the cracking a result or do you use the cracking to alleviate stiffness or pain?

    i dont know really.
i went to see a physio who said perhaps its a result because muscles adapt to injuries and traumas. the physio has given me some exercises which i'm disappointed with, i hoped there was more that could be done.

what is your professional opinion on this?

  • Don't know, my degree is not in medicine or physiology, so take anything I say with a grain of salt.

How long ago was this? Did the scoundrel use fist or some object?

Were you x-rayed at the time to determine if any bones were broken?

    6 years i think.
i'm not sure actually, it was in a tech lesson, so could have been an object, although i've assumed it was his fist.
nah i wanted an x-ray but the gp said because there's no real pain there was no need.
i have since asked for an x-ray again, but they reject me because x-rays are "dangerous"
    w*f?

  • Joint cracking is an amazing thing, it feels so good!

I'm glad that I can crack nearly every joint in my body.

I'd love to be "professionally" cracked by a chiropractor or such

    so would i - it costs a bomb though…

  • I've thought about going to a chiropractor due to the stiffness I have in my back and I really can't crack my own back.. never really been able to much… but my insurance at work doesn't cover chiros, so I have been holding off until things are financially better or until the wife and I return from vacation.
