Sport and jointcracking

  • I think that sport like worsens some of your joints and also allows you to crack new ones.

When you run on concrete, when your foot hits the ground, the shoe and foot etc have to absorb 3 times as much pressure as normally walking.

My squash coach said that if you work hard at sport, then like a knee problem such as osgood schlatters, will be helped as the muscle and bone will reconnect or something.

    (P.S. This is also my 1000th post 😉 )

so does it make it better or worse?
    and congratulations 🙂

  • I think it makes it worse depending on how much you do and thank you.

  • but at the same time sport is supposed to be good for you, so its a tough decision whether or not to do sport

  • Well suitable footwear, careful wearm ups and downs make it better.

  • someone needs to design a new pair of moon shoes so there is basically no pressure on the lower joints. They could be slightly bulky and look futuristic.

  • how would they give support though?
