I joined this community because I crack almost every bone in my body and have since I was a kid. It's never really bothered, but I think my upper back/ spine is becoming a problem. I crack it several times a day in so many ways: laying on the floor, twisting my neck all kinds of different ways, even by just relaxing and tensing the muscles in different areas certain ways. I think I'm starting to hurt myself doing this. I only feel a little stiff in the morning but by the end of the day I'm usually in pain and have headaches. But I can't stop. it always feels like it needs to crack, from between my shoulder blades to the base of my skull, and if I try not to do it, it's all I can think about. Help!
