I am glad to have found a place where there are similar people like me.
I have hypermobile joints..
Can crack toes,ankles, knees, hips(involuntary) Spine, shoulders(involuntary) elbows (involuntary) wrists, knuckles, my pinky fingers, neck the works.
Also suffer from headaches because of it.
I exercise pretty hard to keep in shape or I get lots of back pain.. I find it best to walk, swim and gym light weights.
