I am 57 years old. I had fractured my right Femur (thigh) bone at 15 years old playing football. After the bone setting using pins in my Knees to hold traction supports in the hospital for 6 weeks, I was in a body cast down both legs for another 6 weeks. After the cast came off, the Doctor measured my legs. Noticed that my right thigh was now at least 1/2 inch shorter than my left leg. He measured my parents legs, My Mother had a 1/4 differnece in her right leg. The additional shortness in my leg was attributed to that fact that at 15-16 years old, I was still growing. The right leg was healing the fracture, the left leg was growing. After some 20-22 years, I was now experiencing neck and back aches. Married with children, I went to a Chiropractor, who upon entering his office saw that my right leg and hip placement was Off, way off. He measured and took xrays, the difference was now 3/4 inch shorter. He says; Man, you are going to have some real problems down the road…...Well, I'm THERE at that Road for the past 15 years. Neck disks are bad, back aches every day, arthritis in right knee and elsewhere. Joint cracking Galore evry morning. Every joint Pops, and morning stiffness. I'm a F____king mess.

To the original poster - find a competent chiropractor - example - go to youtube.com and search for 'Dempstead', and view his own videos, not just the older Gonstead videos. If you are in southern California, you can visit him and let him take care of you…I do.

Please see my new thread in "Joints in General" about getting Dempstead to join this site.

I will ask, but I think this site is not dynamic enough to keep his interest.

Hm, many thanks though, it will be really good to speak to him.
                I really appreciate you asking.
