Not spending enough time engaging in physical activity?

  • I'm not sure. I get a lot of exercise but because of my eating my over weight. Of course, my cracking problems seem to hinder in some ways my ability to exercise.



  • Getting a lot of excercise is bad too as you damage joints through wear and tear.

  • I'm pretty sure my joints crack more when I haven't been active for a while. However, the toes are an exception.



  • Running strengthens the skeleton and especially the joints. Your info is a bit old. Old wives tale I'd say!
