How to get joints "in the mood" to crack?
How do you get joints (especially spine, neck, back) in the mood to crack? By this I mean ready to crack, like sometimes you want to crack and it just won't go.
Inhale, exhale, try to relax. Tension makes it hard to crack.
Sometimes pulling on it the other way - the opposite direction you wish to crack it in - helps "prime" the joint.
I find that my joints are more in the mood to crack after my muscles have warmed up a bit. Like after soaking in a hot bath.
I find that first thing in the morning is worst, specially for my neck
