"Lump" in foot

You know in your foot, you have a "lump" on the inside part of it?
Well I have another one aswell next to it, which gets really swollen 8O -
Urm…. i don't think i have a lump. Get a picture on here and circle the afflicted area.

Ok, if you google medial malleolus you should find it.
I seem to have 2 of these :? 8O (Only on my left foot though).
I wonder if its linked to my toe cracking on that foot.
