And you will pull a kiddy tantrum as you OBVIOUSLY DON'T SEE THAT THE THREAD IS ABOUT STOPPING!

Anywayz this was an old thread that was brought back by Bod8 - NOT ME!

What are you on about Blaze? I know it's about stopping and I'm saying why? It does no harm at all in my opinion and I'm wondering why, if you are so against joint cracking, are you contributing to a site that, quite obviously, glorifies it! And as for you noticing your grip strength lessening at your age? No way. Even if you cracked constantly since you were born it wouldn't have affected you yet. I have been cracking my knuckles this last thirty years and I have a very good grip. And I believe it's you who is throwing the kiddy tantrums. You don't seem to like anyone having an opinion different to yours. You'll learn everyone doesn't always agree with you when you grow up.

Yeh i know i learnt that a while ago - and not everybody has perfect grip and mine weakened after cracking. But why conribute to a thread where you clearly are not going to put anything constructive or further it instead of whinging.

Well if you want a bit of advice on stopping here we go. Don't go onto a joint cracking site!

                      Ok well let's see…..hmmmm.....

Oh yes how could i forget? Have you seen the results of old polls about what people came here to do?

Not everybody came here to further cracking, some merely wanted to find out more, others wanted to stop.

Well I'm sorry but it's quite easy to stop. In the past I have stopped biting my nails and smoking. Both disgusting habits. You just need self control and willpower. I'm sure cracking is no different. BUT, if I had gone on a smoking website constantly whilst trying to stop I know I'd never have succeeded. The last thing you require are posts about the pleasure cracking brings to people if you think it's harmful and wish to stop. Just sign out and go cold turkey. Every time you go to crack think of all the damage you're doing and how disgusting it is and you WILL be succesfull.

Well thank you for your advice there.

However, yes i respect those who do want to crack but there are a few on here who don't and also if they may have a problem and i have had similar, then i would want to try and help if i could.

But thank you for your advice once again.

Not a problem. Don't be so negative about cracking! You'll be grand!

                              Lol

I prefer to make friends then lose and start arguments and thanks for the advice. I have noticed my toes do crack more now.

There is a joint that is if you run your finger along the bottom of the thumb till you get to a joint that sticks out more - it hurts to crack lol and i rarely managed to do it

you grip in the morning could be a sign that you are not working out and getting weaker by the day…

Also, don't be a p***y, tell your dad's friend the GP to shut the f up and enjoy your life...you seem really young and have lived much...too bad.

Being in Sweden I expected more of the youth.
