      Anyone get like a achy joint from popping as if the feeling of a cramp. I have it in my little finger right now and my foot. It is really annoying, any ideas how to get rid of it?

        Maybe stretch it for a while but be careful, or maybe put the joint in some warm water?

                  also i don't usually get aches after a crack…
