For experts like me , the ultimate feeling is crack your sacrum , I crack it about 5 times per day . Also low back vertebras is amazing . Pelvis and hips do they part too . The theory is simple, the bigger the joint, the more endorphim . But right now I'm majorly annoyed by my ankles and would like to change the vote to that. I believe the joint which feels best when cracked is exactly the joint which feels the most pesky and demands the crack the most. That's the only time when I can actually say that it "hurts so good", at the risk of sounding cliche, but it does hurt and feel really good at the same time. Beats me how that's possible. Shoulders "pop" pretty easy and it never seems like you can "mis-pop" them, popping/cracking always adds to flexibility and limber-ness. Maybe it's because I like baseball pitching so much though... The feeling of three, two or even one solid, resonant crack when the head is twisted and then a repeat series of cracks the other side is so good, its almost orgasmic.
