So I stumbled along this site while looking for advice. I can't crack my joints. If ever it happens, it's an accident and I can't do it again. I get pain in my neck and back from a car accident almost 10 years ago now. Not a huge deal, but my neck often seems to scream out to be cracked. I underwent physical therepy and all that jazz after the accident, I'm not in any serious pain, just twinges and it just seems a good crack would do the trick.

But the inability to crack is not just my neck, I can't even crack my fingers. My husband usually does it for me, but while he can crack the joints, the rest of my hand hurts from his well intentioned man handling Smile

Anyway I am just looking for advice from some experienced people.
