Any of you notice that as you get older, new joints start cracking and older cracking joints crack more? It seems to me that something cracks every time I stretch now days. My neck rarely cracked, but it seems like it's at least once a day now. Maybe my ligaments are getting looser or weaker as I age? Also, the endorphin rush isn't as nice as it used to be when cracking my back. Maybe, I'm just addicted to endorphins and my body is cracking more to just stay at a normal state, kinda like meth addiction. Laughing
