I looked into it, and it really says nothing about joint pain or lubrication, just that it sheds bodyfat, cleans up skin, resupplies elder bodies with synthetic harmones that are lacking in growth harmone levels, and apparently densifies muscle tone. For those with super cracky backs that seem to have genetically ergonomic problems, I highly reccomend hot showers, and then tigerbalm topically thereafter. It did absolutely nothing for them.
