hey im new here and just wanted to introduce my self, my names ben, and i can crack my neck my back my knees my elbows my ancles my toes my and my fingers its so satisfying Smile everyone i know hates me doing it but i cant help it.

the reason i found this site is because the middle of my back just under my shoulder blades needs to be cracks but i cant crack it, any tips on how to do it? thanks Smile

I crack my back simply by bending backwards on a chair, with the part of my back that needs to be cracked on the top of the chair. You must simultaneously exhale and relax the spine to do this.
