However, whenever my neck clicks involuntarily, I feel so absolutely out of control, and I don't know what to do. If I carry on with my life, well, I just can't, because I'm so angry my neck clicked automaticaly. Which is why I rant on here, at least its stopped me going insane so far, and I continue my therapy with my CBT therapist in a couple of weeks thank god. You are letting "Sam" win, get strong and move on. Many people die when they are 25 years old, and are buried when they are 75.
