I think if you can stand a course of cold turkey treatment part of it comes back, but I suspect some of my ligaments have permanently stretched. I started out being able to crack pretty much my entire neck with just sideways twists/rotations of my head, progressed to needing to twist or pull my head around manually and now even that only works at certain specific times. Uuuurgh. Uuuurgh. Man can't you be happy that your cracks are going, I honestly do not understand how people like their neck cracking, its ridiculous, dont you ever get annoyed at it?
