I have many health ailments, one of which I'm most concerned with at the moment is an increasing dependence on sugar. I find the more dependent I get on sugar the more my body cracks.

I'm working on improving my dietary concerns, but has anyone explored the theory of cracking joints being related to poor diet?

Peter

No but i think omega 3 fish oils help improve joint stability.
