Have you tried just squatting? When I squat down low both my knees give out multiple cracks.

lucky you I got the inherited cracking when walking..along with the snaps. Bending that one got worse with the knee injuries. And if you have those you can count on noisy knees ..lol..

three knee surgeries later speaking here.

sitting in a chair cross your legs ankle over knee(manly western style not lady knee over knee like) then i pull my foot toward me and i get a click. If a keep pulling my knee kind pops out of the socket and it my a really loud crack as a straighten it and it pops back in to place.

Sometimes after sitting on the ground or something for a while, if I put my weight on my knees that will give a pretty satisfying crack. I've actually done that for about as long as my knuckles, but I'm not usually in a position to do my knees all the time.

For me, I can just put all my weight on each knee on the floor and each will crack, especially if I have been sitting for a while.
