Yes, please! An overhaul is badly needed!
No, please keep this site like it is
I don't care either way
Why bother? This site is pointless anyway

So is there something else wrong now, or is it because of depression again?

i just cant get over WHY he punched me.

my theories are:

he got bullied badly himself (which he did i think) and he internalises feelings (his mum said this when i called her) and so he was just frustrated at having no friends and so took things out on me by punching me.

You need a crash course on the universe my friend. Delve into a spiritual study of some kind...I suggest Kabbalah. Sounds weird, but understanding that there is a system behind all this sometimes helps you let it go. Learn to balance yourself and control your thoughts so you can reach the point where you can CHOOSE not to think about this. (I have obsessive thoughts myself. Its wicked hard to do but it can be done)

You mention that your neck clicks and you get upset and you start obsessing that you miss something (like the chance to talk to someone) because you are upset and then you wonder WHY this has happened. You're obviously searching for something.

Think of it this way, what if that bully was planning on stabbing someone but instead just punched you? You're pretty lucky, huh?

For the record, none of this has ANYTHING to do with getting punched in the neck. Obsessive thinking is a problem that has come up in your life for whatever reason, and now you have to fight like hell to move past it. If it wasn't the bully, it'd have been something else. There is a lesson you are supposed to learn. So learn it. Welcome the challenge! You can do this!

The obsessing over the event is your "opponent." This is the ugly part of you (we all have one) that wants to bring the real you down. Selfishness, jealousy, rage, depression, etc., all these are your opponent. Its all an illusion. More importantly, it's FANTASTICALLY selfish. Try this: everytime these thoughts come up, go do something nice for someone (and seek no recognition). Don't know anyone? Donate $5 to a charity online or something. Look at that! Because you got punched in the neck, you were able to help someone. Turn this chaos into light.

I've been reading your stuff for awhile. I think its high time to let it go. Ask, BEG, whatever it is you believe in (even if its just your inner-self) for the power to let it go. When thoughts of this guy come up, send him light, send him love, and send him on his way. You are not his prisoner anymore.

Now get on with it!
