I know exercise is a long term thing so it would take a lot of determination to do it regularly, but do you think it could be a treatment for Joint Cracking?

I have to agree. I can't remember... oh yes that was it. When i do pressups sometthing in my arms or shoulder clicks and it doesn't create a feeling but more a little annoying and worrying.

I swear, we can all read the post before yours Shocked
you don't need to quote it
it's redundant
No One is re reading the post before yours a second time in your post
Would you? Why?

Exercise creates cracks for me, doesn't stop them.

But MC, if it releases cracks, maybe that will help stretch out the joints?

you have to strength train otherwise you will deteriorate, bones and all, people have been eating meat so long that they have become accustomed to the testosterone in the food and no longer have a demand for repair at the site of the injury. Like when it gets to an injured area the cell doesn't know what to do with it but use it to grow, like cancer.

It's the difference between the cracks that is important.
Exercise does a lot for cracking.
If you don't strength train it will become more and more difficult to achieve the same crack from the same joint or better.
Instead the cracks will become less pinpointed and lead to calcium deposits and in turn arthritis.

I'm getting the impression that most of you guys are not very concerned about the cracking problems that plague each and everyone of you.

Allrighty then, Pet cracking it is. Peace out.
