Of course, this comes from someone who gets up and turns 5 alarm clocks off in the morning without remembering it when I wake up several hours after I was supposed to get up. I will often start my morning cracking without paying attention though. I suspect there's an underlying cause for those episodes. One morning I woke up to the feeling of my back cracking because he had pressed his feet against my back and pressed really hard.
