The way you talk about joint cracking I have to wonder if it's something different than the ordinary joint cracking I see most people doing. I have a shoulder that pops when I do certain exercises like overhead press with weights. I have no control and it pops every time I press up, and it doesn't feel good. It's not a horrible feeling, but it doesn't release any pressure. It's just annoying. Fortunately I don't do that exercise all day long, so it's bearable. So I can see where you're coming from. Blaze, we all know your opinion on chiropractors, but they are trained for many years and they are very knowledgable about the physical body. Bod, you might consider consulting a chiro for a professional opinion. Your spine might be out of line, causing the other joints to mess up too. I don't know enough about it to know what I'm talking about, but if I were to consult a professional, a chiropracter would be my first choice. But i won't repeat this.
