Back to top MasterCracker Posted: Thu May 15, 2008 10:41 am    Post subject: Elite Jointcracker Joined: Feb 16, 2008 Posts: 314 Location: Cali try this on for size put your right hand out in front of you palm down take your L hand and place the middle finger on the proximal knuckle of your R pinky finger , the one closest to your hand. place your L thumb between your R thumb and pointer finger and apply pressure Now use all 4 of your other fingers to curl the pinky side of your hand toward your L arm while still applying pressure with your thumb. If you do this right you can crack: your pinky knuckle, your wrist AND your elbow all in 1 twist.
