Junior Jointcracker Joined: Feb 05, 2007 Posts: 4 Does anyone else have cracking "rituals"? For example, before I go to sleep I alway crack all of my finger and thumb joints along with my toes. If I don't do it I will lay there and think about it. I feel like I have to do it. Any one else get this way about any joints at particular times of the day?
