Found a kinda mean technique of addition therapy for joint poppers on ask.metafilter.com by Meredith:

i've often wondered about this sort of thing - maybe a tight elastic band round your toes? that would probably cut off the blood flow though lol Surprised

Yeh as you mentioned - you know the only down side is they might need to be amputated what with the restriction of blood for a long period of time lol

Like at my school lol (so many things at school) there is this kid who has changed and tried to do a tackle like the person who broke eduardo's (arsenal) leg.
