I can't really describe it, sometimes my neck feels stiff, sometimes loose.
for example, last night i went for a run and you know when you finish, you're out of breath and sort of kneeling down trying to get your breath back:
well my neck feels like its going to snap off at that point, but at the same time feels really stiff!
AAA!!!
