I mean, do you base your day around your cracking?
I know it sounds strange, but i tend to do so simply because they dominate my life lol.

e.g. i always prepared myself to be upset when my neck suddenly cracks, as it is seriosuly annoying, you'd have to be me to understand Confused

like i never get too happy or anything in the day because i know a crack is gonna happen

That is bad.

My new way of cracking my top joints in fingers is very loud, i saw some kid do it at a youth leadership weekend. I have damaged my 4th left finger Crying or Very sad

I think you have to be pretty weak minded to let cracking dictate your day or have a serious problem.
