Hello everyone...Im new here to this forum.
I have always cracked and popped my joints here and there more so than others...but about 2 weeks ago I started popping every time I move. My wrist, my ankels, my back, shoulders, neck, knees.....and oh yea, jaw when i chew I can hear it. I mean all the time! I went to a Gp Dr and he isnt sure what to think but ran a CBC and B12 and it showed my iron level is lower than norm. SO he started me on iron supplements. I am freaking out cause it is so much....i noticed my jaw tending to be tense but could this be tension or stress??? But has anyone else just started popping ALL the time??? Im 43 F
Thanks for your help!

See a physiotherapist, fill in the questionnaire they have. Chances are, they can help.
