Hey I'm D, 27years old from Ohio. I came to this community to talk to people having the same issues as I am. My entire body cracks constantly and it drives me crazy. Is there something wrong with me? I really don't know what to do. Sad

My middle back, is the worst, but the lower back, my shoulders, my neck, my wrists, my ankles, my jaw, and my knees are pretty bad too. If I could just figure out a way to get some relief from my middle back I would be doing a lot better. Sad

what up D?
So do you mean the cracking is causing you pain as opposed to relief?
Or the fact that you crack bothers you?

Yeah just the fact that I crack so much unintended bothers me. It does give me relief when I can manage to do it. I just hate going to the Chiro 2-3 times a week when I can do it myself. It makes me wonder if I have some sort of major bone issue.

How long does the chiropractor say it will take until it gets better?
