I came to this community to talk to people having the same issues as I am. My entire body cracks constantly and it drives me crazy. Is there something wrong with me? I really don't know what to do. If I could just figure out a way to get some relief from my middle back I would be doing a lot better. It does give me relief when I can manage to do it. I just hate going to the Chiro 2-3 times a week when I can do it myself. It makes me wonder if I have some sort of major bone issue.
