Which of your crackable joints requires the most force to crack and approximately how much force would that be? Shocked

My back always does. Sometimes I twist it a few times.

Next time you are in your car, push your feet out as hard as you can aginst the walls of the car bordering the pedals. Sometimes, there is an internal pop in your sacrum so intense, you could vomit.

Sometimes my back pops easily with just a tiny bit of pressure, but sometimes I have to use a lot of force.

Neck i mean

When i used to crack my fingers, my fourth finger (if you include thumb as finger) would sometimes need some force sometimes to crack it.

I would have to say that it is probably the index finger. Most times it is really easy, but rarely it is quite hard to pop. Much harder than the back.

Fingers are easy to crack - i guess that the method you use to crack your fingers then relates to how hard it is.

Nah just depends when their refractory period ends.

On the times when it is hard to crack the index finger, but I manage to crack it, it will hurt quite a bit. It is really rare for it to be hard to crack though.
