If I'm standing or doing physical activity, many times a minute. When just sitting or doing other stuff, not very often tbh.
I think the more physical action you do, the worse it gets.

Hmmmm, when doing physical activity lol Laughing i am distracted so i don't really feel it.

When i'm playing the computer it is much worse.

really? i think it may depend on posture.
computer seems ok for me, but if i'm writing something down on paper it really hurts my neck after looking down for a while
(maybe a few minutes)
